Terms of Service

All auctions must start at $5, and bids must increase in multiples of $5 ($5, $10, $15, $20, etc.). We do not accept bids that are not multiples of $5.

You may place any multiple of $5 as your bid; it is not necessary to go in increments of $5. For example, if you wish to start at $20 or $50, that is entirely your decision.

⚠️ Your bid is a commitment! Once placed, you are obligated to complete the purchase.

If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of 8 PM (anytime between 7:55 PM - 8:00 PM) or exactly at 8 PM, the timer will automatically extend by 5 minutes.

For every additional bid during the extended time, another 5 minutes will be added. This will continue until no further bids are placed.

Products must be collected within TWO DAYS. If you're unable to meet this deadline, please do not place a bid. Due to limited storage, items not picked up within the timeframe will be re-listed, and a temporary ban may be applied.

You may arrange a later pick-up date by contacting us and specifying the day you will collect the product. If you fail to pick up the item on the agreed date, the arrangement will be considered void, and we will enforce the original rule.

Buyer Premium: 10% of the final bid amount.

No bullying or harassment of any kind is tolerated. Any degrading comments based on race, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation, or identity will result in removal from the platform and auction privileges revoked.

Auctions begin as soon as items are posted and end at 8 PM unless the time extension rule applies.

All sales are final. Items are sold "as is" and may be new, used, overstock, or shelf pulls.

If we misdescribe an item's condition or it arrives non-functional, contact us within 48 hours for a credit toward your next auction.

Full payment is required before pickup or shipping. We accept cash in-store or online payments via credit/debit card. Items are held only after payment clears.

The site and services are provided "as is," without warranties. Just Win Liquidation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Please review them regularly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
